Refund policy:
1, Claim for the shipped quantity shall be filed within 30 days from date for arrival at port of destination.
2, Claim for quality shall be filed within a term of 90 calendar day from the date of arrival at port of destination.
3, Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be finally settled by Arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore Commercial Arbitration Board.
Shipping policy:
Orders will be shipped within 14 to 30 days after receiving the down payment, subject to the final shipment schedule provided by the steel mill.
Payment term:
20% T/T advance after sale contract signed; balance against original BL copy & full set shipping docs. (Offline Payment)
